Samenvatting
This paper will present a digital solution for an efficient recruitment process for people with disabilities. The proposed solution is an e-recruitment app that will be designed based on the Universal design principles. The project addresses to people with disabilities that fall under the next categories: Visual impairment, Hearing impairment, Mobility Impairment, and Cognitive impairment.
The result will be a high fidelity prototype that will go through 2 rounds of iteration. The first version of the prototype will be built based on secondary research. The second version will be done based on interviews and feedback from the first iteration session. This research presented solutions to make from an e-recruitment app an efficient communication system between the recruiter and the people with disabilities.
