This paper researches hybrid hospitality company The Social Hub, specifically their Amsterdam West location. TSH introduced a new way of working, known as 3.0. This way of working aims to have operational employees work in all operational departments. This paper investigated how TSH Amsterdam West can innovate the hiring process to ensure they are hiring talent that is eligible and willing to work under the 3.0 model.
