Exploring how Stigma influences working mothers in General Manager Positions

This research aims to explore the phenomenon from a qualitative perspective. Following the design-based research cycle, this research aims to explore and uncover ‘How stigma influences working mothers in General Manager positions?’.
To achieve this, ten semi-structured interviews with ten female General Managers throughout Germany have been conducted. Due to COVID-19 data has been collected through videoconferencing and stored and analysed with the help of colour-coding. All personal data has been anonymized to ensure the safety and privacy of the participants.
