Samenvatting

My function in the Hilton was Guest relations, and I worked at the reception and in the executive lounge. My daily tasks contained the check in-out and additional guest service.
Besides the daily job, I performed a research with the topic sustainable tourism development. A external research of the sustainability of tourism on Curacao and the involvement of different parties and an internal research of sustainability in the Hilton worldwide were carried out. With this knowledge I interview the employees and guests of Hilton and with my external and internal knowledge I created a strategy for Hilton Curacao to implement sustainable business practices.
