Samenvatting
The research objective of this research project is to provide a market research about the digital habit
and mobile phone usage habit of consumers in Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia, aged 15 – 25 (youth
market), to see whether there are any differences in the digital and mobile phone usage habits between
the two cities and to see if ethnicity and gender factors influence those habits. The result of this
research is intended to support D3 in producing the best digital marketing campaign for Indosat IM3.
